Cabugao, Ilocos Sur ? Hair Asia underscored another commitment to helping improve the quality of life. In partnership with the municipal government of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur headed by Mayor Dioceasar Suro and wife Dr. Chita Suero, Hair Asia launched recently the Liberty Center for Women here. The project was bared during a press conference held to announce this year’s “ Mutya ng Cabugao candidates .”
Proceeds of the event will be used for the Liberty Center. The programs of the center will be among the primary tasks of the town muse who will be crowned on April 25. Medical aid, legal assistance, alternative livelihood training, supplemental feeding and literacy programs are among the services that the Cabugao Liberty Center will be providing ot the women and children of this predominantly agricultural town.
