Hair Asia launches Liberty Center for Women in Pampanga
 

Hair Asia President/CEO Evelyn Alvaran-Cruz with Mayor’s Responsible Spouses of Pampanga Foundation during the ceremonial signing of Memorandum of Agreement of Liberty Center for Women. Twenty municipalities all over Pampanga will launch the very first Liberty Center for Women in Pampanga. Hair Asia will conduct various livelihood training to encourage alternative income generating occupations among the disadvantaged women in the country.
